Ginger Tea- Simple Way to Detox Your Body!

Aromatic and spicy, ginger is a knobbly root that adds a special flavor to many dishes.

If ginger is present in your kitchen, your stomach will be thankful to you because of its digestion- friendly properties. Furthermore, ginger acts beneficially on mood and reduces stress, it has anti-inflammatory properties and is known as a cure for flu and cold and sicknesses. Improves the circulation and increases immunity.

According to the National Library of Medicine, ginger is widely used for treating nausea resulting from cancer treatment, vomiting after surgery and loss of appetite.

Drinking ginger tea will help you cleanse your body from the impurities from the blood in the liver. By flushing out build up toxins and waste out of your body, then feeding your body with healthy nutrients you avoid the risk of many diseases and renew your ability to maintain optimum health.

Ginger Tea

You will need:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger root ( 5 cm thick )
  • Supplements (by wish): honey and lemon slice

Peel the ginger  root and chop on a thin slices. Put it into the boiling water, and leave it on  a low fire for  about 15-20 minutes. Then filter the tea and add some honey or lemon by wish.
